Request a return

In order for your return to meet the requirements for a refund, you must read and agree to the following. We will then issue to you an RMA number that must be displayed clearly on all packages being returned.

• I have read and agree with ShoppersChoice.com's policies.
• I understand that I am responsible for shipping charges to me and shipping charges back to ShoppersChoice.com. I understand that even if I was not charged for shipping originally, shipping did have some cost, and that cost is non-refundable.
• I understand that the product(s) I am returning must be in the original packaging, and must arrive to ShoppersChoice.com in an unused and resalable condition.
• I understand that I must have the items boxed up with my RMA number clearly displayed on all boxes.
• I have read and understand the shipping and packaging guide for package shipments, and I agree to package my shipments in accordance to these guidelines.
• I have read and understand the shipping and packaging guide for pallet (freight) shipments (if you are returning items via freight), and I agree to package my shipments in accordance to these guidelines.
• I understand that a customer service representative from ShoppersChoice.com will contact me to further discuss my return request.
